I have a churn and burn I want to buy links for and I'm somewhat new to SEO and don't fully understand what these sales threads are trying to sell. Can someone in a nutshell differentiate them for me? I'd highly appreciate it

Have you asked in the Sales Threads?
Contact each of the sellers directly and explain what you are trying to do.
I just skimmed through the OP's of the threads and not sure they would be your best bet for Churn N Burn.

OP, if your intent is just to rank churn n burn sites then why don't you just purchase GSA SER or buy blasts from fiverr in cheap?

Emerging Eclipse: High PR profile links with Alexa under top 10k, mostly used for branding and diversification.

Xtraduty: a high PR homepage network mostly used for ranking, they are usually more powerful then profile links.
