Can somebody has any idea, how to rank someone's name on google?

Suppose (Mr. Big Bun) 1 wants to rank on the top of google, but finds someone else was ranking with the same name i.e. (Mr. Big Bun) 2 and there comes the conflict as the already ranked person is reputed and a well renowned personality. So how can I make it possible to rank the (Mr. Big Bun) 1 to rank on the top?

Post articles, images and a lot of content on a daily basis. I usually use some blogging website like thewiki Network whose content gets indexed by Google within 15 mins. You can try posting regularly on website like these and other Social Media Networks ...

If you kept doing this, I believe you will surely rank after 3 to 6 months ... but you will have to post a lot if the other person is some celebrity.
 
Get a domain with his name
Add his images and everything like socials in about me + contact me pages.

Add his website url to all his socials like Instagram, Twitter etc.

Write everything that is related to him for first two months. After that you can start link building.

Can you Suggest me more such sites? as my senior want me to rank that person in a week. But I know It's impossible
 
I had a similar problem, I posted some content under my full name that I wanted removed or at least pushed down in search results.

Making Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn and Medium accounts helped out, but I'm not sure if that would work in your scenario.

How popular is that person? Is he like an A-list celebrity?
 
you could try buying a niche edit post or have an article written about him on forbes or yahoo. pricey but.should rank farely fast

He is researcher. And the person I want to get on the top is a business man.

Yes, But there's already a person who is on the position 1 instead of the person I wanted to get ranked. So can you guide me for my issue? The person who is on the position 1 is a well known and reputed one though the one I want to rank is also a renowned one but not on digital platform.
 
Easiest and cheapest way is to use a unque online name. Next is to change legal name to that unique name.
There you go 2 suggestions , time tested.
 
You could try getting an articles to the name and publish them on a page keep sharing them on social media platforms ,one of the way to reach better traffic to the name.
 
The easiest way is to build your own brand identity by creating unique content and promoting his name on social media. Use a unique domain name if possible.
 
Get a domain that's almost identical to the name you wish to rank the site for, and build powerful backlinks with the name as anchor text.

This is the easiest way I get it, but no one is going to that just for the ranking I guess.
 
Publish some unique articles about the name in daily basis. Create unique identity in social media and share the images or posts about that name regularly.
