I was wondering if you think it is possible to open an SEO agency finding local clients that pay you $500-$700 p/m and buy SEO Packages from BHW for like 350 p/m and make around $150-$350 p/m per client by outsourcing the SEO to another provider ?

What problems do you think can arise from such method ?

Do you think it can work ?

Absolutely, many of our clients are doing exactly that. Some have actual offices & offer other services too, while some are individual based.

A good chunk of SEO Agencies in the U.S outsource their SEO.

Was thinking about the exact service several months ago, however my clients' pages are not in english (Or spanish, Thai, french or any other european language) so it's very hard for me to find SEO packages in my language here...
And people in my own country charge so fucking much that i won't make any profit from my clients

What's your country ?

It is a good idea for a startup to get orders from client and outsource to right companies.

Find a trustworthy supplier, make sure your contracts are solid and then sure, you can make a nice profit from it. Used to do that as an upsell to my web design clients and it was a better option (IMO) than hiring a freelancer to do SEO.

In my country switzerland it's impossible. The delay it's very important and if you fail the ranking or you sandbox the website of customer after it's directly lawsuit.

Damn, that's harsh!
But also fair for customers, I guess.
