I want to use a website which doesn't offer its services in my country. If I use a VPS that's located in a country where their services are available can they see my real location, because if they do they will %100 ban my account?

No, they can't see your IP, but they can see your timezone. Remote Desktop passes that information.

Change time zone on your local machine or google about « time zone redirection RDP » and look for policies edit (GPO)

    Does VNC pass Timezone too?
    I don't really think so.

if I just change my local machine time zone that would work, right? I can do that, it's not rocket science. :D

could anyone recommend me a VPS provider that is OK with that?

You can check your time zone from VPS. First locally on VPS and also using some online sites. Visit Worldtimeserver as it should grab your current time zone and see if it shows your real one or your VPS one.

I never needed to do any of this so i am just guessing that would do the trick

Even if you do everything carefully, you will get caught when they ask for id verification. they will find easily that you are using proxy if you do even a small mistake while setup.

OP, the best way is to find a VPS that doesn't show in the hostname its name or in whois. Many VPS providers show this info. I think the best way for you is to use a dedicated 4G proxy on the VPS.

They can never see your IP or timezone.
But they may inquire that why are you using VPS. At least PAYPAL do.

Just get a windows vps and connect to RDP. If you are very concerned then connect the RDP via VPN.
You can configure the proxy or use tor browser in vps.

101%. I don't comment on what I don't know. If you log in with Remote Desktop check both values for local time and system time. Local will be the one from VPS and system the one from your desktop. If those two values are different, is 99% chance that the person is using a Remote Desktop.

Say RDP is hosted in NY server so its time will be of the node unless RDP time is changed manually.
Local desktop time is the real time where you physically present and you can be in London.
RDP is like a real desktop and you can even watch youtube on it and listen :)

    Is it really true?
You mean they can see the my home computer timezone?
Or if you use vps of other time zone, the vps timezone will get changed according to computer user timezone and then will see that?
Do you mean to say that?

They do not see your IP.
    They see your time zone.
    Screen resolution
    Which browser use.

I would just take a vps on windows and that's it.

They can't see your local timezone. They will only see the IP, Browser and OS of VPS. That's it. They can only see your time zone set on the VPS.

Yes, if you just connect directly and you don't make any changes. It will detect two different versions for your clock (local - from VPS and system is from your desktop). Test with this site
    Code:
    https://whoer.net
They can see the timezone from the computer you connect from.
