So I haven't found any useful info on google so I m here, can my facebook friends see what pages or group I m owner of?

Page, I think no.
For group, if they are in that group too, they can see by checking group info.

Make a second account and check it yourself by being a friend of your main account.

No they cannot see if you are an admin of a group. They can only see what you "liked" under your 'about' section of your Facebook page.

On pages you have the option to be visible or not. There's a section in the page settings called Team Members or something like that. If you are not there, nobody can know you are the admin.

For groups the admins and moderators are always visible.
