Hello all,
I have a fashion brand making own-design socks for men. I sell every 2 pairs together. The cost for 2 pairs is $3. My retails price is $16. I am planing to cover the shipping so the profit I have every 2 pairs will be around $10. I am in US.

I donot know if this works for FB ads because the low margin. Please advise. Thanks!!!

you can but i doubt you sell a lot.
 
If you are in the early stage of your startup and do not have much money for marketing (FB Ads, Google Ads), I think you should list your products on Craiglist, Ebay, FB Groups...

I have money. But I want to make the return is higher than my cost. Then It will be good to use FB as one of the sales channels. I will test but just want to get some advice from experienced Google Adwords marketers.

sure you can advertise any product on fb or adword.

Just try it out keeping your budget low and see, based on your targeting your cost would vary a lot. Keep the targeting specific you will do well to control your costs.
 
If I were you instead of doing ADwords or whatever I would contact bloggers who deal in men's fashion and give some away for review.... build a brand through social media targeting bloggers and others that could influence the buyers.... fashion men's socks can be good if the product is good and you do the correct marketing.. you will need testimonials at that price point.
 
With the holidays coming up you need fast and efficient to cash in on that market.
