Can Mods control engagement to your post on Reddit?

Started my Reddit journey few weeks back and I joined a few Subreddits. I was posting a few Images [OC] per day per Subreddit (one image per day per group) and was getting some engagements. One of the Subreddits where I used to get maximum engagements suddenly stopped getting any upvote/downvote, though the posts are live. I checked with different browser /IP /device and can see those posts... means, those are not shadow-banned. But there is no engagement at all.

Is it possible that Mods can control the views of the posts?

I highly doubt it unless they delete or close your thread but can't change upvotes or downvotes / stop posts from being active. I've been a mod on a subreddit and that was the only power I had.

Posted same image in another subreddit and it immediately started getting engagements. Not sure what's wrong with this one.
