If I go to company's websites and fill out the contact form on their contact page, is it possible for my message to get sent to their spam email folder?

I'm trying to sell something and I'm thinking of going to websites individually and filling out contact forms since an email isn't always available.

You have a better chance of it being read but depending on what type of filters they have it could end up in the spam folder.

Most of the times it lands on inbox, because website owners whitelist the emails that comes from that contact form.
I do the same for all of my websites because I don't want to miss anything that comes from my contact form :D

This is true but contact form spam is on the rise and I think people are starting to filter it.
At least I am, sick of people contacting me offering me services lol

You can make money even from this guys if you know how to play the cards right :D
Is the same like the SPAM Email method, they send you emails that you won millions and you just reply back to them with a PPD Link or Content Locked link to download your "Details" :p

Ya it can get stuck in spam. Depends on how the contact form is routed, if its a simple email it could get stuck based on content and your URL/email address.

It depends on the company which type of plugin or form they are using to communicate with their users.

Like people above said it totally depends.

Sometimes the contact form on the website is just a script that sends your message to the company e-mail.
In that case it can get stuck in spam just as easily as your message.

The best way to contact companies and offer them services is on multiple levels:
    - contact form
    - email
    - another email asking if they reviewed your first offer
    - call them if you're local and serious about your buiness
