Can inbedded "images" get users referral?

    I have one of my sites listed in a blog "top list".
    On my site i have included a tackring image from this top list site.

    They uses this to mesure my site activity, my question is can thet via this "image" get the referral url of how people got to my blog?

    if i vissit xxx click on a link to myblogg
    will toplist see that i came from xxx?

    if someone clicks on your site from the top blog list then the referrer is the top blog list URL..

    Any images you load from offsite would show that your blog is the referrer for the request. You can use a intermediate 'image server' site to ersolve this if there's an issue.
