Can I use these expired domains for my PBN

Hello

I found some expired domains with good metrics, however, once i checked the domain history, I found they have been used for Japanese website before. looks like not spam website or any penalty on them..

Some other expired domains were not English website before, but also good metrics..

So, I am wondering if these websites can be used in my PBN building? and why?

I don't think that all foreign language websites equal bad domains like a lot do but there does appear to be a link between Chinese websites on expired .coms and them being recipients of spam.

If the content looks ok, like not adult / pharma or gambling related and the links pointing at the domains are of a reasonable quality and not spammy then there really isn't much to be worried about.

I would pick up some domains like this for the price of registration but I wouldn't exactly buy them at auction as you don't want to spend too much on a domain that would not be worth much if resold later on. Resale value on such a domain would be low based primarily on the fact that the majority of people would overlook any domain which has had Chinese or Japanese content on it in the past.
