Yes and as mentioned by other members, it may be wise to vary it just a little. It is a good practice to make each page of your site about a specific topic. Having similar information in headers and titles is a good way to let users know what the overall page is about and great for search.
i usually avoid the H1 and go for H2 and H3 ... almost no one lays so much focus on these tags and i think it gives out equal importance...
i keep it in title and rest are H2 and H3
it's definitely better to diversify - make it look more natural.
Always diversify, that is the only way to see what really works.
