I would use a new set of blogs instead of abusing the same ones. :p

    don't abuse the same list..

scrape every time and target correct keywords, so that the link you create has more value. A link in a related page is worthier than random and irrelevant links. Also make sure your comments will be relevant to atleast 80% of the blogs in SB list. This will improve your approval rate, and also more related content next to your links.

Ok thanks for the heads up but how do you suggest to make relevant comments?

I normally just have prepared spun comments that are just general in nature. What would you advise?

for example if your post is about bench press. then don't scrape for 'fitness' in stead scrape keywords/url for bench press. and in the comments, don't put the same old ready made comments like..

    I love your blog.
    I like the theme
I bookmarked your site.. will visit again.

stuff.. not only the webmasters are aware of these comments, even the search engine is

    So create comments like.
"I am not good at bench press, can you give me some suggestion'.
"I work out daily in bench press, and I feel the inclination is more important that just the weights"

and some thing like that.. This is just an example. If you check the successful links, you will find 80% of the comments are relevant and to the topic. and such links will add more value to your seo as well as to the blog owner.

    All the best

Great tips guys. I've just started experimenting with Scrapebox as well. I've done a lot of White Hat so I know the value of relevant content within your links, I would also suggest posting to relevant links for your sites instead of doing all AA ones that are random topics.
