Can i use same domain for my website and also mails?

So with creating my first mail list etc I figured out that using my Gmail mail isn't a good idea

Since when i send test messages it says that this looks like spam (As it's not sent by me) so i decided to use a domain that needs to be verified by dns txt records.
So my question is should everything be alright if i put two mail dns txt records on the same domain of my site?

Sure,you can.If you are not spamming,using emails created on your domain,don't hurt the credibility of your website in any way.In fact,if you share quality content with your subscribers,the reputation of your domain increases as you mail more and more.That is why most email service providers nowadays ask you to use an email created on your own domain for sending your mails.

You can have as many TXT records you want on a domain name.

Yeah there is no issue to have many txt records at the same time in one domain name
