You can use Adsense ads with, Click Bank, Amazon and so on.
The imporant factor is that the Adsense ads must be different from others by colors and sizes.
If you put an image ad from Click Bank, Amazon or others, your Adsense ad must be a text ad with a different size.
If you put a text ad from Bidvertiser your Adsense ad must be different in size and colors.
You can also integrate your Adsense ads with backgrounds, blend them with texts and so on.

Note: Don't take what I say as fact here, this is just my opinion.
I believe you can. You have more of a chance of being banned from the search engines than Adsense using PRStorm since you're not directly hitting your own site. I don't see any reason for Adsense to ban you using PR Storm. Of course if people complain to google directly who knows what can happen since google is unpredictable when it comes to adsense.
