For example lets say I wanted to open an amazon store and sold the product:

    http://www.amazon.com/Mork-Mindy-Th...WP7G/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A2BA4D4U3M3NVW

For the above example it points to a sellers item hence no competition. If someone was too lazy they would think this was the best price being sold on amazon but another seller could be selling it for 1 penny to 5 dollars cheaper. My question is does amazon allow this? Does bing or adwords this? And my I also be able to include my affiliate link if they end up buying something else? Thanks.

It's going to be hard to do because CPCs are so high. And because you're an affiliate, your margins might be really thin. It's hard to find products with low enough CPCs to be positive ROI.

Then go for the higher priced items ;)

For example, someone I used to know promoted TV's that costs between $1k-$3k.

He did well despite having to pay high CPC's.

I assume, if you want to drive PPC and get good results, focus on Re-marketing campaign first, it can produce Profitable ROI for you, if u know how to do it right. :)
