Hi there,

I want to know if I can use Paypal to collect money when I am selling adult ebooks? Like how to cure Erectile Dysfunction or how to improve your sexual health etc?

Thanks,

Go over to PayPal and read their TOS for a list of what is not allowed.. That is the best place to get a correct answer to your question.. Straight from the horses mouth..

They don't always follow their TOS, for example https://titangel.com is a major site that uses Paypal to collect payment. According to their TOS this is not allowed.

Ok I think if it just adult ebooks and not PORN you should be ok with PayPal

I think it's 50/50, if you start attracting A LOT of sales, they might manually review you and shut you down.

Haha! It seems to be titan gel, I read that as tit angel. lol

I think you should be fine with that, it's not truly a pornographic thing anyway.
Moreover it's an info product not physical object. I have seen people selling
how to increase sperm count, how to get ejaculate more etc. with paypal.

If it contains nudity, then its considered adult and against their tos. they'll eventually shut it down, better off using a different payment processor.

I'm not sure, be better, if you'll talk with support or check their rules. Some weeks ago, I've seen in the news that PayPal isn't working with PornHub anymore, so, you should be attentive...

Paypal can be a dangerous partner.. All is good untill they decide its not good anymore lol. I would say at all costs, have several payment gateways

Yes of course, you definitely can!
It's more of educational stuff. So yea, you should be good.

You can, but remember PayPal seller protection doesn't apply to digital products. This is why people recommend not selling things like DLC codes on eBay; anyone who buys and then complains to PayPal is all but guaranteed a refund.

You can bypass that by sending something physical with tracking, but at that point its easier to just find another merchant account.
