I recently had my account suspended permanently by paypal but my ebay account is intact (3000+ feedback power seller) I want to change all of my personal information including user name on the ebay account from a public ip, then change my ip at home along with creating a sep user on my computer solely for ebay/paypal. Would I be able to use auctiva as another layer of protection? I really don't want to give up my ebay account if I don't have to but don't know what else to do. I am willing to change my user name also it's not a big deal I don't have a huge following of people. I am just a small seller and just want to keep my ebay rep. Any help would be really appreciated.

I think once you are banned thats it no way getting around it. Just make a new account or buy one. If you need help with doing this PM and I can help.

I don't know whether Ebay automatically flags your account when your linked Paypal account is permanently suspended. Did you break the TOS of Paypal but not Ebay; or is it both, so it's a matter of time before your Ebay account catches up? As far as I know your ebay ID change history can be viewed publicly.

Ebay automatically flags your account when your linked Paypal account is permanently suspended!! Don't link these two.

Unfortunately, once your paypal goes down your ebay account will follow soon. If they were linked and your paypal was suspended for a deal on ebay.
    What will happen is this:

Soon you will have your selling privileges on ebay suspended as well. They will send you a nice mail stating that you must resolve the issues on your paypal account before the selling privileges will be reinstated.

If your paypal problem got nothing to do with ebay then your ebay account may remain untouched but it will be no good anymore. If you link a new paypal account to it that one will get suspended as well. If the ebay account remains untouched and is a pre Nov. 2007 account you may want to consider a merchant account. Much better then paypal anyways.

Can i never link this paypal to another ebay account now? bc it was linked to previously suspended ebay. Also i cant even remember if i ever sent in my DL to my first paypal from years and years ago. i have another paypal account that is separate but did get limited and they want me to provide my license. these are two seprate instance if anyone is confused.
