Can i use money site URL in youtube description directly?

Hi All,

Recently i started a website related to download softwares and Game wallpapers. I created few videos with Animoto(below 30 seconds). I want to upload videos to youtube and want to put my direct money site URL in description. Is it whitehat method? i don't get any issues to my money site right?

And also since the videos are my own can i enable youtube adsense monetization?

Yes, it is perfectly OK to use your website URL in the description or enable Adsense. As long as your topic/niche doesn't violate any YouTube guidelines then you are good to go sir.
 
It is ok as long as it is not some scam website or an affilate.

And why am I not allowed to use an affiliate website???

As in the first answer, as long as you don't sell anything dodgy or illegal then it's fine to use your site on YT

You are allowed but obviously 95% of the videos posted on youtube with an affiliate links in the description are 100% blackhat. Posting this type of links won't get you banned for sure but will probably trigger some additional automatic verification of your views and other stuff which can result in a ban. Thats how they are deleting all the CPA\PPD and many bad clickbank videos automatically nowdays pretty fast most of the times. But the real reason is that they just don't won't anybody to earn money on their platform without sharing with them. And yeah URL shorteners should solve some problems.
 
Money site URL can be used in description (as you've created videos at your own) & yes you can monetize your videos with adsense.

Do we get any link juice from youtube clicks i mean can i get any improvements in rankings for my website by placing website link on youtube description.

For some reason if my YT account bans (if i use any paid views service) did it effect my website?

What do you suggest direct website link or URL shorten link?

Oh yeah, I see what you mean.... I totally agree that most of those videos should be deleted and maybe YT uses link information to track those crappy videos. But if OP has a good website then he has nothing to worry about when placing a link.
And to be honest it's not about google not wanting you making money... google don't care how much money you make but they surely don't want you to post crappy/stolen/shyte videos on their website and rightly so.
 
If you are using self-hosting, your site is secure.
If using blogspot. 50% safe.

Youtube is very tight at the moment.
Your competitors will kill your videos on youtube.
But if you've been playing a long time in youtube, you know the answer
 
Yes you will get link juice by placing your Money site URL in youtube description.


If for some reasons your account is banned, then backlinks that you generated from youtube description will be inaccessible & will hamper rankings & link juice.


URL shorten link is better than using the exact money site URL mate :).
 
i think you can monetize your videos with adsense.
 
Have been using my self hosting links (redirected affiliate links) since day one and haven't got any problem at all.
 
Yes its whitehat you can make your link on the youtube description for youtube adsense i think they don't like download and warez that's not allowed in their t.o.s
 
yes, you can put link on Description on your video youtube..

I do put link website for offer CPA.
