Can I use can video to my YouTube video (Copyright Question)

I have an YouTube channel. Where i make videos about lifestyle.

Sometimes i need stock footages.

Can i use canva video in my videos.

Or any free stock video site that dont create copyright problems.

I think when you purchase canva gives the liscene right and canva offers non copright footages too But I am not 100% sure
