that's risky. tiktok might flag your accounts. better to use a vpn or proxy for each one. keep usage patterns different to avoid detection. it's safer to spread them out.

Yes you can, if your IP is 4G/5G from mobile provider.
If you have your local 4g internet or 4G proxy, you can use same IP for multiple accounts.

TikTok have another way to ban users:
1. For iOS they can read iCloud info
2. For Android each installation is generating 128bit key in app folder (before Android 12 this key remains after app uninstall)
3. They have also Google Play data and many other things like SIM card data (by system leaks)

Accounts will not get banned because IP. They will be banned because dozens of others factors and on the end you will join to the IP team because they told you that.

It's possible that he means 20 profiles with the same IP in different devices, but highly unlikely
And if he runs 20 accounts in just one device with the same IP address, it will definitely raise some red flags
I would stay away from this approach
