Can I us a UK epn if I'm in the US?

So here's my dealio..........
Got approved for all countries EXCEPT USA (which is where I am)

Can I still use a UK EPN? If I promote to UK Traffic, or do
unnamed things that are not allowed in this
thread with my UK EPN............

Will they pay out to me if my address is in the usa?

If you use gaypal than they will pay you. But for direct deposit your bank has to be in the same country. I had Canadian EPN account and I gave it to my friend in US and he put US gaypal account there and he got paid. So i think it will work.
