Can I upload others videos to YouTube as my own?

    I was wondering if you could scrape videos from YouTube, and then upload them as your own new content? ready to be monetised.

    How would this best be done?

    Usually the original uploaders will flag your videos. You'll get copyright strike. 3 Copyright strikes = Account termination.

    Some uploaders doesn't care as long as you credit them.

    As long as they are not copyrighted. Many people already do this. There's a thread that explains how you can make a ton with Adsense with this method. It deals with car crashes, but seriously nobody looks that stuff up. Try your own niche and see what works best.
