Can I take content from a blog ie picture/title/snippet of the content and then use that on an IG account without getting issues?

You wouldn’t be the first to have done it. But you could be reported and your account might get banned. Always give credit when you use other’s items.

Depends on who you're copying from. If it's a blog big enough or your quote goes viral and they have an official IG account, they can report you and take it taken down or worst-case scenario, get you suspended.

For someone to report you for copyright infringement they must have documentation that proves the content belongs to them.
Most of the times they dont, normally you can get in trouble by using company logos or other form of protected content.
