yes you can post 10 per day. but just focus on quality not quantity. make sure proper on page seo, technical seo as well.

I don't really get why people manually submit posts to GSC. If your newly published web pages are not getting indexed, there there should be a problem within your website. Try to find it and then your pages will get quickly indexed.
However, you're still able to submit 10< posts per day, if you are using this option for different purposes.

Submitting URLs doesn't guarantee immediate indexing. It typically takes several days for Google to process your request

I think doing these things manually is painful. why are you doing such a thing on your own? Let the google do its work. Google will automatically index your pages and posts. The only thing you need to do is produce high-value quality content. And then if the google bot doesn't index any content within 4/5 days then you can only submit indexing requests to those links.
