Follow these steps and see how it goes for you
1. Go to Help.Twitter.Com
2. Choose "file a report"
3. Choose the "I need login and account support" option
4. Choose the "I can't login" option
5. Then add your twitter username and click search
6. Then press "still need help" button
7. Add your current email that you have access to, and add detailed description of your issue, twitter will reach out to you to take on your case. Hope it helps.
If you added your real info into the account, you will be able to recover it with the help of their support. They will most likely ask for your ID for verification (if you don't have your real info into the account, I don't think there's a way to recover it, especially with the email being lost)
