I don't think so because you need PBNs to be indexed to pass link juice, there might be a market but I wouldn't count on it

Yes, if they're dropped domains that have been deindexed as a result of inactivity. No, if they were part of a PBN and got deindexed while being used.

    Deindexed sounds like penalized domains.

If the domains are not indexed because they expired a while ago that is fine.

Clean domains with good metrics are most likely to get indexed later when they taken back online.
Most of the people here do sell the domains while they are still available to register and in most cases deindexed. Included is a guarantee that the domains will be indexed once hosted and content posted. So yes there is already a market for them here.

I don't think anyone who use pbn would ready to buy it, if it was deindexed surely there is penalty, but u can still try to flip that.. Good Luck....:)

Sell them on godaddy, you'll always get some fool wanting a good deal on a domain.

It's not a problem to sell a domain which is deindexed. IF it was naturally dropped and the deindex was not result of a penalty. For that however, you need to thoroughly check them and evaluate, whether they are or not penalized in your opinion and that's not always easy.

If you had some kind of a PBN or money site which got hit and you want to sell such domains, then no. And you should very well be aware, that by doing that you are basically screwing people.

Websites get de-indexed sometimes if they expire and don't get registered for awhile

I will be upfront, I had these domains and then they got deindexed. Good quality content, I'm not actually sure why they got deindexed.

Find people who want to rank in Bing and Yahoo and sell them cheap to them :) You'll be surprised how many people do that.

There are two types of de-indexed domains:

    1. De-indexed for inactivity, can happen after a drop. Re-indexing after it's registered again may take a bit, but all fine.
    2. De-indexed with manual action (PBN, Pure Spam). No matter if this domain drops, is resold or whatever, the penalty/de-indexed status stays till someone does a reinclusion request.

Getting 2. re-indexed is a pain: You first have to add it to a Google search console account, add some content that makes it look legitimate, tell Google in a reinclusion request you bought the domain and it's obviously de-indexed for something the previous owner did, wait for reinclusion, remove from search console, put up PBN site and hope Google doesn't re-check it.

For an awesome domain, it's may be worth the effort, but otherwise I wouldn't touch 2. with a stick, especially since there are plenty of 1. domains available.
