Can I run Massive Xrumer Blasts Using My PC?

I want to perform massive xrumer blasts from my PC. Can it be done? I however won't be able to turn on my PC for 7 days non stop.
What I will do is perform the blast from 8 AM to 5 PM, turn off my PC and resume the blast the day after that.

What is your internet speed? You will need a good internet connection if you want to do anything serious with it on your PC. You will also need a decent PC to run it on.

A decent broadband connection will run Xrumer just fine at about 6-8 threads.
Think in terms of one thread making 20 profiles an hour.
This is much slower than on a DH, but an 8 hour run will get you 1400-1600 links.
However, if you don't set it up right, expect 80% of them to fail or be deindexed very quickly. Even if you DO set it up right 20-40% will not stick.
So 800 links a night that stick is a good target for a home system.

Still not bad though is it. The links are rarely HI pr in themselves, Xrumer (IMO) is best used as a link enhancing tool rather than a link tool.

Get some good quality WEB2.0 sites up mad some articles on hi pr article sites, and point Xrumer at those.

im running a quad core system with 2gb ram and a 20mb connection in the UK, I run xrumer at 150 threads when im not using the internet, if i need to use it, i drop it down to 80 threads and i can surf the net etc with no probs
