Can i rewrite articles from diffeerent languages?

Assuming im proficient in both languages, can i place article 1 in google translate(switch it to english) and fix any mistakes & then post it? Is this punishable?

If you are asking, is it plagiarism? Yes, it still counts as plagiarism. Probably no tool will find it though, but generally, if you publish it as your original content, it is considered plagiarism.
