Hey guys, only being doing SEO for about 5months. But I have a question I hope some of you can answer.

The first site I made has a pretty low income (due to bad keyword research on my part), but it has some pretty good backlinks. So my question is, can I redirect this site to another site i'm working on, even though they are totally unrelated and still get good link juice from this?

Would there be any risk at all of a penalty or anything doing this?

    Thanks!

I don't think it would be of any use to re-direct a completely unrelated website to your new website. Because the keywords, content, optimization etc for the first site will not help the new site in anyways.
