    i dont want to make PBN..

    You are cutting corners and you haven't even started doing proper SEO. This way you will fail in no time. You don't even have a niche related domain and I doubt it's clean and with decent metrics. I will bet $20 on... RD10-15, former PBN/Asian history.

    You might have a boost from 301, but you would have to do everything perfectly. And even then, you might not see any bump. And we are talking bump, not ranking. If I could rank with a stupid 301 redirect, I would be millionaire already.

    you will need an insane amount of them.. cause with the 301 you will dilute every backlink of the domain the target.
    so, in the end, you have a hell of a messed up backlink profile.

    it is, however possible to help rank low comp keywords on the / of the domain.

    oh, btw, did a test on 1 domain.
    still, I dont recommend it.

    301'ing a niche related domain with a strong link profile will help you rank better but it wont magically take you to #1.

    Its just part of the puzzle.
