Good thing about USA , in wy you don’t need put your name on the paperwork , so it’s way harder to catch.
Follow USA laws and they won’t look into it
They're changing the rules on that. I have an "anonymous" llc where my name isn't available publicly, but the registered agent has my real information and I believe the state does as well. It's just not on public ledgers so the average person can't find it. It's better than nothing, and combine that with an alt id would probably work for full anonymity (although not legally).
Unless you're creating your own videos, it's illegal in ALL COUNTRIES in the grounds of copyright violation.
But if you're filming them somewhere where it's illegal to make these videos, how do you plan to protect the people in the videos? Hide/blurr the faces?
After that, if you manage to successfully create the videos, upload them and make money, then you also need to hide the source of your earnings.
The people who work with you also need to hide their income and keep their mouth shut.
If one gets caught somehow, your whole system will collapse.
I will definitely not take risk in countries like KSA, UAE, IRAN etc where there is capital punishment like death penalty or something like that.
Stay safe.
There's a lot of places IN the US and in many countries where production is very common but illegal that still skirt the law somehow. You will need to verify their identity with documentation, although I'm sure you could fudge that quite easily and it'd be hard to check. Probably just a quick once over of the documents and that's it. US can enforce stuff but they're honestly really lax about doing anything. I think they're just lazy, tbh. They do very little unless it's in their direct personal interest. Just how the world works.
Income isn't an issue since crypto exists. Securing your PC while overseas is an issue, as a lot of them heavily monitor internet use. You'll need a stealth VPN. Look into how Chinese people bypass the great firewall. They encapsulate packets and route them through other types of connections, like through IRC and the like, because their firewall is so strict.
Hiding their faces shouldn't be an issue. Just get them to wear makeup! Won't look like them at all. Maybe if they have unique tattoos that can identify them, but even then it'll require there being a record of those tattoos, like they've been in jail before. I'd just say keep it all under wraps and don't tell anyone local. Don't mention the country you produce in, either. Find a country with a similar population and say it's them, or you're in a country where it's legal.
I see people do this in a lot of countries. Brazil, Thailand, Philippines, Eastern Europe, even Middle East and it still gets uploaded and viewed.
Making money in today's porn world is the real issue. Why would people buy your porn? Are you just going to sell ad revenue? Stuff like Onlyfans is only popular because it's the model doing it directly, or there's few links between them. I'm sure agencies still exist, but it's still model-to-client instead of you watching someone else fuck. Ad revenue, selling amateur porn, etc., will require ID verification if you sell it to tube sites, but you will see ad revenue and can just "set and forget" for an income stream. Worst case is you open a for-pay site and someone hacks it and dumps it or buys a subscription then releases it publicly on torrent sites. You might try adding your own torrents and just giving clips away for free with links to the full videos, though.
I want to do this in Asia in a few years when I have the money to do so.
