Can I open another Paypal if my main one was limited 3years ago? I plan on opening it in my Business name. Would there be zero issues in the future?

You should have a new mailing address, phone number (prepaid), bank account and credit card (VCC). PayPal doesn't link with your name, so you're okay there. Overall you shouldn't have any problems. If you do a lot of transactions, be prepared with an LLC or EIN if they request such information. You shouldn't have much issues going forward.

Do you owe money on the previous PayPal? I had an issue like this and somehow they linked the two accounts together and that was a big issue.

So... make sure you are setting up the new account on a new IP with a different checking account and a different credit card. Tying and of those together will be a red flag.

You have to open new paypal account with new ip otherwise they will limit your account.

Do not open a paypal period because those people are fucking garbage ass losers. Period. Sorry, i know this has nothing to do with the OP's inquiry but I had to state the truth here.

I have opened three different paypal accounts on the same ip and never had a issue. I used a different bank # and they are for different business's.

You have to open new paypal account with new ip otherwise they will limit your account.

I asked them the same question and they said they're not interested in working with me any more, regardless personal or business account.
If you're up for the risk, go for it, but you know the answer to them is no.

Did you give them your social in the past? If so it might come back to haunt you. In all cases i recommend staying stealth, never keep too much money in it, always expect to get limited at some point,

Seems like paypal is more trouble then it's worth. Why not just using western union?

Those motherfuckers pulled up data from an account that I had 4 years ago and limited it, luckily I don't keep much money in it but it's necessary to have an account to buy things doing IM. Obviously I need to open a new one. Can anyone tell me the following?

1) Do they track IP and link that to another account (I would guess they can't because several people can use the same IP with different accounts)
2) Do they keep records of my name? I the type of first name that can be spelled several ways and would pass even if they verified with an ID.

I already have a new bank account that i have not used with them before so this should take care of the verification and I already have an address that's also never been used if need be. If they do verify name can't you use make a fake ID scan and make that work?

Thanks

you can open another Paypal but check this suggestion
1. IP address should be different
2. Mailing address should be different
3. Don't use same IP proof
4. credit card info should be different
5. if possible open new bank account

Or if you facing lots of problem just go to any freelance site or you can also check in Fiverr, who's provide this type of service.

All of that should not be a problem. Can you tell me if they verify the name of a business on a bank account or can I use

xxxxx enterprises inc. in place of xxxxxxx enterprises?
does that mean I have to always use a proxy to access my account then(seems strange as you could have several people in an office accessing paypal from the same ip)?
what do you use for the id if they ask to verify ID?

thanks

use 2checkout.com instead, they accept paypal payments

2co is even worse than PayPal, they limited a member here because he direct linked his BIN button to them, instead of using his site.

this is a bit of the topic but what about merchant acounts/providers are they any that are worth it
or are they to much of a hasle
thanks

I know about 2checkout and that would be an option if I was going take payments. I am only need a paypal account to buy things, I don't care about selling.
Since I am on cable and don't have a static IP can't I just get a new IP by resetting the modem or do they go by blocks? So if I had 205.53.23.44 and got a
new one of 205.53.23.46 would they work ?

Best bet would be to put it entirely in the business' details. Use the LLC id.
