    2) If a video is already on youtube but is not copyrighted and not monetized, can I upload it again and get monetized?

Please explain me because if I upload a video on youtbe even not copyrighted or monetized but already in Youtube I can't monetize it.

I think you can monetize them.. I was reading a tutorial recently about YouTube money making by re-uploading Creative Commons videos on your channel and they get instantly approved. Not sure if it still works tho.

Just remember that the original copyright holder can lodge a complaint anyway and get your adsense account banned. I WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE A RISK with them if that's my only source of earning.. If you think it is non copyrighted, someone else might also think that, when it comes to dashboard cams. So, why not invest your time making an excellent video instead?

The other user uploaded it but is not copyrighted and he isn't monetizing it, but if I download and upload I can't monetize because he uploaded the video before me.

It's like Youtube can see the video is already in the system and even this is not monetized already or copyrighted doesn't allow me to monetize!

If you don't own the video, it doesn't matter if its monetized or not the fact still remains "someone else owns it already" and just like the other member said, you risk having your account banned especially if the video goes viral o_O. Other people may also upload the video with the same view and one of them goes viral and you're screwed big time! My opinion, spend more time creating meaningful videos instead of gambling with content that you don't own.

I repeat for the last time:
THE VIDEO IS NOT OWNED BY THE UPLOADER, HE JUST UPLOADED IT, and what what would be screwed? HE ISN'T MONETIZING THAT VIDEO!

I just asked if it's normal I can't upload videos that have been already uploaded but doesn't have copyright or already monetized.

Does YouTube specifically tell you that you cannot apply monetization to that specific video when you try to? If so, I am almost 100% certain that there is a song in it or a distinct voice that is being picked up by the bots.

    Not song, not voice.
It ask me to specify which commercial rights I have for this video.

As for myself, nothing has been banned till date..neither my Adsense Account nor the channel. I have been warned and barred from using my adsense account though. My Adsense account was not banned perhaps because it is a pretty old one ( running from 2006). New accounts can be banned without an warning... So, be careful.

Its painful that we cant have a meaningful discussion. Whats up with all the people advising NOT to do something because its not allowed. Welcome to Black Hat forum btw. So what if you lose a channel or get a few warnings. Just dont do something overly silly after repeated warnings. I thought it was common knowledge not to put all your eggs in one basket.
As for the videos, you need to change the in some way to make them unrecognisable to robots and humans for that matter. Its not hard.

The amount of Spam I see everyday on Youtube is ridiculous. Ranging from adult content, pirated stuff and straight up misleading things, and those guys still make money. And then we have alleged "black hatters" scared crapless about some loops holes. Funny really.

Every single video in existence is copyrighted. That's where you got it wrong. The author of the video holds the copyright from the moment he shot it.

So you may monetize but hope the original author does not ask you to remove it.

I'd go with Creative Commons videos. Lots of folks just share their videos and don't care what's done with them.
