Can I monetize 40 bottable Android phones?

So I have 40 Android smartphones that I have leftover from a time when I used to bot a game for money. I have them set up to where I can have thousands of instances of accounts for any given app by switching data profiles. Is there any benefit to using these for IG, Facebook, etc.? Everyone seems to use bots through a desktop but I'm essentially wondering if there's any advantage to using an actual smartphone for botting, account creations, etc.? Appreciate any insight.
