Check out MochiMedia. Download and use their flash games in your site (make sure to host the swf files), and you'll earn $$$ ... Besides that, you can also put adsense in your site.

Honestly, I think you'll be better off taking a different route. Sites like Kongregate are the Googles of the flash game industry. But, if you insist on continuing in this niche, then contact MochiMedia like DarkPixel said. But again, I'd like to stress, if you are a newbie, you should do a bit more research before putting your time into this niche. Just a suggestion.

Just place adsense around.
It will takes some months until you get on first page and start getting profit,
but online games sites are good passive income source.
I have 6 of them long time and making over 1k EUR/month with adsense with not much work.

Flash games site is like any other site, so any SEO service will work.
Look in Buy, Sell section of forum.
