Hi, I recently discovered a keyword which I think is golden, specs of it are indicated below(I researched using Market Samurai)

IMO, I think I can beat the competition and make it to the 1st page and #1 too.
What do you guys think? Can you give me the "green light"?
How long would it take to rank on the 1st page or #1 on G.?
Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated...

    Here is the data:

    Global Searches: ~27000 (exact match)
SEOC=56400(the nr. of pages on Google when searched for the Keyword)
AWCPC=0.40(not a lot, but I'll not monetize this site through Adsense)

    Competition as in picture below:

Also note that all the results are PAGES and NOT HOME PAGES + exact keyword domain name is available, damn I think I'll get myself busy with this for a while, now all I need is monetizing...

If you have an exact keyword domain then with proper SEO I think you can beat them all. My guess would be it can take upto 2 months if you go completely white hat and much lesser if you go a little balckhat . Just my opinion. :). If you want help let me know. I have SEnuke and a couple of other useful softwares.

    Cheers

Yes, I also think so, note that .com is taken but .net/.org/.info is not taken and since .com is not anywhere on Google(the domain owner doesn't have a website on it) I bought all 3 domain names and planning on using .net, do you think it's as good as .com?

I'm already in the process of writing some articles, doing on-site SEO and finding websites to get backlinks, I still have another question:

I know we must not get a lot of backlinks in a short time, especially with a new domain name as Google doesn't like it and will probably sandbox my site, but what is a good nr. of backlinks to get per day or per month?

If I get 10 backlinks per day the 1st month and then increase to 20/day in the 2nd month, is this ok or still too fast?

    Thnx for your answer katona44!

This is my goal, to beat them all, I think it will take less than 2 months, but who knows, I'll see it when I take action. I don't wanna go blackhat and screw everything up by having Google sandbox my site, for the 1st time in my life, I'll go whitehat:D
Thnx for the suggestion, if I need smth I'll contact you!

What does the "IC" refer to in your screenshot?

    Anyways, good luck :)

    I think so!

The only concern would be (without getting you to expose too much about your niche) is if this is a product.

The data for the competing sites look suspiciously like shopping sites, and g**gle recently tweaked their algorithm to favor shopping style sites when people enter a product as a search term.

But, if you managed to nab an exact match domain name, I'm guessing this probably isn't the case.

Just something to keep in mind, and like the others said, be as consistent and diverse as possible in you linking efforts. Think long-term, and don't give up.

    Good luck ;)

Index count - the number of pages indexed in Google.

As regards ranking, you are going to need an awful lot of backlinks. Personally, I would prefer to get the keyword.com with an addition at the end such as blog or site or whatever suits. I don't think you will rank easily & quickly with this keyword but why not try it and prove me wrong!! ;)

As topsytips said, IC=Index Count, the nr. of pages of a website indexed in G.
Thnx for wishing me good luck:)

No this is not a product, not even close to a product, all the competing pages are not shopping sites, and yes you guessed it right, this isn't a case that G. must favor any of these sites(I think), thnx for your words, I appreciate it:)

Well, since exact keyword domain name is available, why should I get a domain name with keyword+blog/site in it? Exact keyword domain names are always prefered by Google and it's a ranking factor in their algorithm right?

The competing page in #5 is the page with the most backlinks of all the top 10 pages, so I'll make sure I build at least 800 quality backlinks to outrank it, but even with few backlinks, I think I can make it since the page doesn't have keyword in title, url, description and header, that's why it is ranked #5 and not #1, with good on-site SEO, I think I can make it, if I prove you wrong I'll let you know:D

Is there an article I can read showing google tweaked their algorithm to favor shopping sites?

going to be pretty tough if your domain age is 0. looks like your competition knows what they are doing.

Actually if you would know the keyword, you would say the competition got in the first page by accident(I don't know what else to call it), except 1 site which has ~800 backlinks, but has terrible on-site SEO(which you can see in the pic), that's why it was ranked #5 because of other ranking factors(domain age and backlinks), I started my journey, built the site and will be live within the week.
I'll keep you guys updated of what happens...
