Can I log in into my new Facebook account with an iPhone that was used with a restricted account?

If I change my IP, will facebook still link the two accounts because I'm using the same iphone?

Why not sell it, buy an andriod phone and use a few plugins. on android i've used xprivacy and GPS setter, not sure if iphone has those types of features.

I do have few androids that I can use, what exaxct approach would you suggest? Can I use the iphone safely for at least only one account at a time? I think that after reinstalling the app all the cache is cleared and it's safe, correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Of course you can log in normally with that iphone
 
Its account based, not deviced based so you are safe to use the same device

you should be om but you might or might not need a proxy

Thanks! Is it the same for computers? Macs and PCs? If not, could you please point me to a guide or shortly explain the safety measures?

Its the same for any device you're using it doesn't matter because its based on accounts not devices.
 
I won't recommend you to use your iphone to login to your new account if your previous account was banned. Facebook has very sophisticated tools to detect your device and if they find out that your device was linked with any suspecious activity, they can ban your new account as well.

A proxy will just mask the IP, it won't affect the hardware. Also, as far as I know, Facebook don't scan the hardware too much, mostly cache/ cookies and the IP (as per my research thus far)
 
Of course you can log in on your phone.
