Can I just abandon my adwords account without paying?

So I have 3 adwords accounts that I opened under 3 different email addresses so I could take advantage of the 100 when you spend $25 codes 3 times.
I didn't quite understand how it worked, so I just spent about $100 or so on each account thinking I'd just not get charged, but I don't think that's how it works anymore. it has not been a month yet on the accounts, about 3 weeks.

My question is, can I just change the credit card address/expiry date under adwords billing so that the upcoming charges won't process and go through and I will basically abandon the account? Will google get a collection agency after me for doing so over $25-$100?

The 3 accounts used 2 different credit cards that were my REAL cards though. One of them was cancelled earlier and google tried to pull money or do a check and as a result one of my accounts lost its promo code and now has a bill of $90! I called to get the promo code reinstated and the google CSR said that the promo code can only apply to future payments, wtf! I don't want to pay that, it's ridiculous. So I plan on not paying that if possible.

Should I just pay the other $25 accounts too though? I don't care of my website or my name is banned, I don't care to use google adwords anymore.

Any advice on how I can not pay these would be appreciated. I should note that I do NOT CARE if my website is banned from adwords, I'd rather pay nothing, but I don't want to deal with collection agencies. I am in Toronto, Canada too.

What is this second accountitis you speak of? I have 3 accounts. I am honestly OK with paying 3 x $25 for the accounts but google screwed up my promo code and is asking me to pay $90 for the account. I don't even want to use adwords anymore, so if I can just not pay without repercussions to my credit, I would do that. I will also call them and tell them to try to fix their screwed up so I can pay it off cleanly, but they claimed that they didn't have my original promo code I used on file after my CC payment was declined, lol yea right google, as if you don't have something on record... pfft.

Its better to pay. Its not that much, you are in Canada, $90 is not that much. We are not talking about 5k or something like that.
Maybe one day you will NEED really bad to use Google and you will be banned.

I think there's a virus spreading where new guys think they can make bank with little
effort if they "Break bad"...just like that YouTube Gangster I called him. They don't build
a business model and their sure as hell not capable of doing anything sketchy.

Does anyone actually know anything about how google handles these situations?

I'm not trying to scam the system or trying to make money really. I just don't think its right to get burned for $65 more just because they screwed up with my promo code and require me to spend $100 more than I even want to. I will gladly pay the $25, but they won't fix the issue.

How old are these accounts and what kind of business do you promote? If you have decided to get rid of those account just simply change all the details in billing..change your name, address, change the expiry date of the card and *** number, change your phone number and everything possible under billing also remove/delete the campaigns. I am sure they don't forward your details to collections agencies just for $100 ...I know many who have more than $10,000 unpaid balances for adwords but yes you might face problem when you try and get back on adwords in future.

It cost absolutely nothing to send a debt to a collection agency and it can screw up your credit if they do.

First post on this forum and a guy wants to not pay a bill and is looking for a way to do that... this is not the best use of the forum nor a good first post.

If it was me, I'd just pay the bill. Seems like Google may be at fault to a degree perhaps but so is the OP as he stated "I didn't quite understand how it worked".

Just pay the bill, OP, it is better than dealing with a collection debt on your credit profile and you actually owe the money.
