Can I join as a publisher in push network?

Hi, i see a lot of networks offering great CPA rates for push subscribers(push traffic). is it really worth to join there? I don't like to mention the network name but the rates are seriously high like $0.1/1 US subscriber. please give me your opinions.

yeah, but the network is very popular one. did you ever sell push traffic to any big networks before?

nope but point is theres an opportunity to make money. calculate the risk and go for it. whats the worst that can happen?
