Just make a few fake accounts and make them the winners? Nobody would be the wiser :)

In theory, yes, you could go to jail for fraud.

[Side Note] If you're holding contests without proper legal terms that could be another reason for you to go to jail. Also, it prob. wouldn't be that hard to trace you if they tracked down your affiliate networks and subpenaed your account info.

    Odds are: NO

but could it happen (yes) your faking people out = fraud in a sense

Just make sure you award a winner every time and annouce it, (but that winner can be a figment of your imagination).
Companies do this all the time and get away with it....

Main point is it might work for a while but long term it's unlikely to.

Have you ever been to a trade exhibition and seen one of the company stands ask you to leave your business card in a jar and they will pick one out the next day to win a free iPad? I see this a lot and I bet they never give anything out. You'll certainly be added to their mailing list if you leave your business card though. So its dodgy but I think it happens a lot.

If your doing CPA, you should be fine but if your doing like cars contests and there is now car, chances are more then likely.

I don't think Facebook will cause you any problems except maybe banning your page but your page subscribers might try to go after you if you cheat them

Well thats a risky thing that you are doing, you can apply that trick given above make fake accounts and make them the winners but if they check may be you can get caught, so be very careful there.
