Can I get Someone To Do This?

I was wondering if it is possible to employ someone to spin articles for me and then send me the code so I can spin it as many times as I like.

So like {Hello|Hi} you know what I mean?

Also how much would you expect to pay for this? and where could I hire someone or does anyone know anyone who can do this well?
