I'll give one hint: you can register as a US citizen even if you're not.
AC doesn't require you as a US citizen to reside in the US. You can work or live abroad.
Doesn't matter cause they don't check anything.

If you really think you are helping him by giving him an answer instead of pointing him to the right direction, go ahead. I don't give a crap even if it was a 1`word answer. That is not the point and you clearly do not get what the point is.
