Hello i have a question about how "white" my website actually is.

1. claim in the tos that i do not guarantee for the correctness of all the data on my website ( or something like that )
2. the website is 100% free and generate money via Ads
3. I claim that i have Data from a Game which i release on this Page, for example i claim i know the next patch files or what ever, the things i say are 100% untrue and fake
its pretty much for entertaining but people should still think its legit information.

can i get in trouble with this ? i mean there exist many websites who Claim things but i dont know if i can get in trouble if i say something about a Game producer which is untrue

i dont blame them for anything or do calumny, i just leak informations

making claims and especially untrue claims about companies or individuals will land you in a lot of trouble, i'd avoid that

Basically leaking fake information? As long as the information isn't of a slanderous nature i don't think its an issue.

with leaking informations i mean for example

:Blizzard increased the drop chance of a Mount by 30% if you farm it between 22:00 and 23:00

and i also do not guarantee for anything said on the website so ... dunno ;X

+ i only focus on the Games, not on the companies who made it

It isn't directly harmful for the brand so I guess they don't really care. My question towards you is WHY?

Why can't you spread useful information and help people in the game with certain stuff? If you help others you will gain a trust and you can collect emails telling them how useful your e-book for $39 is and why THEY should have it. Build a helpful blog and the audience will be "helpful" towards you as well.

Not that I do this, but that is what I'd do if I was interested in a video game and wanted to make a website about it.

huh ebook ?sorry what do you mean? my website is kind of yes/no guru for a game, its a fun site and no one have to use it, also i hurt no one .. the problem is that i claim i have a software which has access to this informations to make it look more legit - i dont want them to spend any money

Practice bending over for soap, homie.

In the worst scenario they may take down your site. But your ass will be safe.

As long as there is no money jacking involved, it should be safe.

Except for all the people who will think your shit is actually true and who will waste hours trying your fake tricks. (And this is exactly why I think your idea will fail).

Blackhatworld.....funny to see people jump in and criticize when they many on here use shitty content lockers to capture $1 worth of leads. BLACK HAT

You are fine...not sure if it will work or not, but good luck to you.

Are you gonna get sued? Nah.

Are you gonna lose out on repeat visitors or get lots of refunds (if you're selling a product)? Yup.

You aren't gonna end up in jail but words gonna spread that your site is full of fake info and sucks and your site will be on its way to death.

i dont think that its the way to death if no one can proof the opposite ;D but its a fun project ....

i heard that if it does not damage the Customer ( money ) i wont have to pay anything if i get in trouble with law because there is no damage ?

Haha. I wouldn't bet on this. Don't ask legal advice on a forum. Get a lawyer.

I have seen fake news websites around and some of them very successful, so you should be fine though be careful about what you are faking and make it clear prominently on the website.
