Hello i hope you can help me ;D

can i get in any trouble with law when i make a website ( which cost 0$ , absolutly nothing - i only earn with traffic and advertisement ) and claim there that i can calculate the chances winning in the lottery and the winning chance depends on the actual day and time ? ( its just an example but its obvious a lie ) ... can i make a website about this if its free ?

Yes absolutely - the police have nothing better to do than work out who you are with your mental claims and put you in jail.

It would take a foolish man to do this.

Well, if you're serious about this, then you could add a disclaimer stuffed in the footer or behind an obscure (but still accessible) link saying it's fake. Then if someone tries calling you out, point them to the disclaimer. It's like those sites that say "congrats you won $1000". They have disclaimers and whatnot so you can't sue for false advertising.

I've read that 99 cases have been missed so far by police, and there is only 1% chance that the person doing it is caught. Yep. Don't you worry needlessly...

I don't think so you could even sell the numbers if you wanted to. Lots of people sell sports betting information they are called handycappers and its unregulated.
