not banned but google will easily detect your bot traffic and you wont get paid and hurt your organic growth

You will not necessarily get banned for this but Youtube algorith will surely detect that you are bringing fake/ dummy / bought traffic to youtube that has no value. Its algorithm will punish you by not serving your videos to good number of audience and you will see limited or very very less reach of your content.
The objective of Youtube is to serve meaningful and useful content to the REAL audience. Any tactic that tries to fool their system is detected immediately and is sternly dealt with.
My only advice to you is to invest your time and money in creating some original and useful content that your audience will love to consume. You will automatically rewarded by youtube.

They will stop your normal organic growth if detected. Only some panels can go undetected.
