    Hi.
My question is simple: Can I get banned from adsense becaouse of blackhat?

I didn´t find anything regarding blackhat seo in their TOS.

    Thanks, FM

    yes.

blackhat and adsense do not go together.

When you pass the $100 mark, if google manually review your site and found out it's blackhat, u will get banned.

You should send them an e-mail and ask if you can use blackhat techniques in your approach and see what they say.

If you try any kind of blatant blackhat methods to get actual clicks to your adsense ads then absolutely you'll get banned.

If you try any kind of blackhat methods to actually drive traffic to your adsense site, then there is a good chance you could get banned. It will somewhat depend on the actual traffic and how they interact on your site and how many that click on the adsense ads might convert for the advertisers.

If you have a mostly whitehat site, but use some blackhat methods for building backlinks and trying to get better SERP position, then you'll probably be ok. It just depends on which methods your using and how good your website actually is.

You could get banned for using white hat only, I've seen some really messed up shit over the years where someone was total white hat and got banned.

Yeah, they probably seemed to be an MFA site as far as google was concerned. Or they had some kind of content that google doesn't allow such as adult content, even if it didn't seem like such to you.

Your right though, thats why I said if you have a whitehat site and only use some blackhat methods for backlinking, etc. you'll probably be ok. The "PROBABLY" in that statement really needs to be emphasized.

Adsense can be very strict and you can get banned for just about anything.

This is prolly the best answer, it all depends on what type of blackhat your doing (A) indirect blackhat methods to gain ranking & position or (B) direct blackhat to gain $$. Indirect blackhat to gain ranking and position your less likely to be banned from adsense however if your blackhat method is forcing clicks u will be hammerd.

With this discussion, does autoblogging count as black hat?

No, just the fact your using an autoblog isn't going to get you banned.

In fact autoblogs aren't necessarily a blackhat method anyway. All an autoblog does is create an aggregator website. So autoblogs can very easily be used for a whitehat sites.

Of course if you just create some shitty autoblog that provides no benefit to the users, then there is still a chance it could get banned anyway.

@OP - also in your post you mentioned that adsense doesn't say you can't use blackhat in their TOS. The reason for that is blackhat is more about how you go about doing things, not always the exact things your doing. Many of the tools and techniques used for blackhat methods can be used for whitehat projects as well. It's all about how you go about doing things.

Adsense might not use the term blackhat in it's TOS, but it does prohibit many things that would be considered blackhat in nature. Spam, clickjacking, etc. are all prohibited. The worst thing you can do is think you might be smart enough to use their TOS against one of these companies.

The TOS is simply a general guideline to let YOU know the most common things that aren't allowed. In most cases they can add additional terms whenever they like. If they ban you for something not in the TOS, it isn't going to do you any good to try fighting them based on that alone. The most that would happen is they will add another line to their TOS to cover it.

Google will ban you for anything they feel doesn't provide a good user experience. That's a pretty broad def.

If you didn't know the answer to that, you should not even start with blackhat AdSense.

Jeez, what did you do - search for 'blackhat seo' in their TOS and didn't find it??

You'd do well to listen to the 'hats here telling you not to even bother to start if you don't know how to cover your tracks. Frankly there are easier ways to make money that try to game adsense long-term...(IMHO, of course).
