As the title says, I'd like to know how I can find out for which keywords my website ranks for.
Is there a website/service that can tell you that? without you knowing what those keywords are yourself?
Maybe this is a very simple question, but I'm new to the game, so...

Ahrefs.com can tell you some of them... not all of them are going to show in a service like that.

There are others as well but, again, you are not going to get complete information but they can help you see some of what is ranking.

Semrush is one of the best websites for that, but also, you could check on WMT.

I only use Google search console + Google analytics (connected to webmaster tools)

Ahrefs is what I have always used, but last few days I have tried semrush and it's very good - I found some keywords that didn't show up in ahrefs.

I guess ideally you should use data from both tools.

Ahrefs.com will tell you the most of popular. From the main menu select "Organic keywords", and that's it. You can sign up for a group buy to get tools like this with a massive discount.
Here is an example of Ahrefs:

Google Webmaster tools and SEMrush should be good enough to get you off the ground.

SemRush definitely, although sometimes can mess up things and trigger a wrong actions but most of the time it's solid, just be careful and don't rely on in 100 %
