Is it possible to calculate somehow the SERP position for a certain quality backlink? I mean, if my site is currently in page 100 for a certain keyword and I get one backlink from a high PR site (like PR7), can I estimate how many positions my website rises for that keyword in google SERP?

Nope, there are too many unknown factors that are hidden inside the valuable black box known as the G algos. You can see what goes in and what comes out but for all you know, it could be full of monkeys spinning wheels and banging typewriters.

That would be a fantastic service / app, I would deff pay for that. The thing is, it would have to take in so many factors, as lurk said. Virtualyl impossible without mole in Google.
