Can i download torrent files to my shared hosting account?

Well i want to download some stuff but its quite painful as my net is quite slow. Is there any way to download any torrent file to my shared hosting account (hostgator)? Any script or anything?

Almost all torrent files are lecal threaths againts copyrights, i dont suggest you to download these files into your hosting acounts becouse you might get banned from your hosting account.

While ago when i wanted to get more money from uploads, i didnt upload those files into torrent, i uploaded those into my uploading.com account, after few days i got banned and i got sereval Legal threats from those =)

I want to download movies and stuff.
