Can I download my weebly Page and upload on own server?

Hey guys,
at university we had to build some pages with weebly. I like to use them now for some adsense. The plan is to download the pages (from weebly), there is a option that weebly send the whole page by mail. After that, I like to remove the weebly footer and other weebly brands and reupload the pages on my webspace (with own domain). Could that be a big problem or is it okay to do that?

Sorry for asking again. Maybe someone knows the answer and then the topic can be delete. Just have to know, if I can download a weebly page (build online on weebly), edit some stuff (delete the footer f.e.) and re-upload it on my own webspace with own domain.

Look up "WGET" and "CURL". Both can be installed on a Windows Box.
